Broad Horizons welcomes submissions of new works, including plays, adaptations, translations, performance pieces, and musicals. Selected scripts will be given feed-back, rehearsal, and a staged reading in New York City.

Writers must be able and willing to engage fully in developmental process, including re-writing parts of the script where appropriate, traveling to New York for rehearsals and performances, and responding constructively to feed-back from director, actors, and audiences.

Company will provide per diem for writer when in New York, attending rehearsals and performances. There is an administrative fee of $15 per script.

Company artistic director splits his time between Washington, D.C. and New York City. Therefore, writers should send scripts, and check for $15 made out to Broad Horizons Theatre Company, to:
